When I got up the next morning I got straight back on the road and headed towards the outlets. The sales weren't that good so I didn't get much but got back on the road and decided to drive for about another four hours and stay in another Motel and then head for the a Redwood Forests. The Redwoods were about four hours south of where I was which I knew I could do easily. When I got there I had booked for two nights so I would get a day hiking in the forest.

Once I figured out how to work everything on the car I was on my way. I found the driving quite easy to pick up because I had spent so much time being a pedestrian I had been watching what cars were doing at different signals etc. I hired a satnav as well, I was not that confident but knew the rough way I needed to go.
