Fairy Godmother Hi sweeties, Thanks for your update. Yes, they are strict about who they let into Singapore. Let's face it, it's a miracle you two managed to sneak in. What did you do? Vault over the barriers whilst no-one was looking? Glad to hear you're enjoying the cuisine. Remind me when you get home to give you my special Chicken Skin Souffle recipe. It's so light and fluffy (specially when I leave the feathers intact). I'm sure it will bring back lovely memories. We have monsoon weather here at the moment, which is awful because it's your Nan's birthday bash at Groombridge Place tomorrow Clare, and I'm wondering whether there are any contingency plans in hand. I'm planning to ring your Mum later on today. It's such a shame, what a nuisance we can't rely on the weather in this country. Well take good care of yourselves. It's lovely to hear your news. Fairy Godmother Hi my dears, Glad to hear it's going well. I am SO envious. Wish I was there too. Clare, we took your mum and dad out on a trip to London last weekend. They were very good both of them. They behaved themselves impeccably in the theatre, and didn't flick their food or spill their drinks in the restaurant afterwards. I think your dad was going to blow bubbles in his drink with his straw, but one look from David stopped him. We managed to talk them out of getting a lodger to live in your bedroom, though I don't know how successful we've been in stopping your Mum from selling all your clothes and possessions on Ebay.
