Stayed at Globestotters.

After the 4 hr Greyhound bus journey we arrive in sunny Townsville.

Had a 4 bed girls dorm, a tv & own shower. Lovely.

We walked around the harbour & the garden of remberbrance.

I still felt rough after a week so made a trip to the local medical center where they told me i had an ear infection. Antibiotics for 2 weeks Miss O'Brien!!!

We had our free meals in Molly Malones & met the newlyweds we met on the flight to Sydney (fb). Teamed up for the quiz night & called ourselves "Shy tall Knight" (say it fast to sound like s***e all night!!). We didn't win by the way!

The 2nd night at dinner (same food as night before) we met 2 guys from our hostel - John (UK) & Simon (Germany) (fb). Very funny guys who kept us entertained. The broken English made it funnier i think!
