A small town on the road up between Phnom Penh and the Laos border crossing. We stopped here for two nights and took a day trip to see the endangered Irrawaddy dolphins, visited a turtle conservation sanctuary and sweated our way up a whole load of stairs to see a temple and a good view! The countryside in Cambodia is lovely, flat and full of paddy fields, sugar palm trees and locals working hard to feed their families. Cambodians are very friendly and welcoming....

Koh Rong is an island off of Cambodia. I am finding that buses in South East Asia are never on time. Always add on a few hours to what they say the journey will take.
