Hey!!

So I'm now in Melbourne but since my last entry have spent 3days in kangaroo island just offshore from Adelaide. The first day it was horrible, very windy and rainy normal english weather but i have nothing warmer than a thin hoody and a pair of shorts! So yeah the crossing on little charter boats was very bumpy although impressivly nobody was sea sick, on the way there we went surfing the weather was awful and the boards much smaller so it wasn't as impressive as last time but i stood up a few times and made it a fair distance but yeah much colder too! Kangaroo island was lovely although considering there is 1million kangaroos, 1million wallabys and 200-300,000 koalas we saw very little of them! Still have some great pictures got a bit carried away with poses on the remarkable rocks but I will try and upload them all this week as internet here is better. Came back from kangaroo island on monday and i had 2 nights in adelaide left. Joss left on the tuesday morning for her trip along the great ocean road to get to melbourne, my plan was to go to the beach in glenelg or the botanical gardens as they are free but by the time i'd finished all my washing etc I really didn't have time! So ended up just staying in adelaide did a bit of shopping bought myself a pair of jeans as i dont have any! OMG the best thing about shopping in Oz they do half sizes so 8,9,10,11 etc So i found jeans that properly fit happy days! it's very hard trying not to buy everything though as I shipped home 3kgs worth of stuff and i didn't want to buy a new 3kg's worth but they have some of the nicest things! I still want a new bikini as i only have two with me but its really not too warm here atm so i'll wait til i'm back in sydney i think! Had my transfer to the station at half6 weds morning :( very early! The train was okay though and the 10.5hour long journey went surprisingly quickly! Possibly due to sleep lol I could lay with straight legs and still not touch the chair infront!!

Arrived in Melbourne a little late but nothing drastic went in search of a tram to st kilda, found it but it left as i got onto the platform so waited for the next got on and nearly knocked several people out with my bag you forget how big it is! So then i paid for the ticket just about and clung on for dear life so i didn't fall over ( did i tell you i fell over in sydney when i left with my bag on and couldn't get up ha oops) yeah so I waited on this tram and all i knew was i was to get off when i saw a maccy d's well considering I couldn't move i didn't if we had passed a maccy d's or not so when i saw a sign to st kilda and loads of people got off i got off with them, stood there and realised i should not have got off so waited for the next tram got back on, took some people out with my bag continued to look lost until some nice italian man said are you looking for base (the hostel im staying at) and i said yes turns out he was here too and i clearly looked lost so he helped me out and offered to carry my bag for me :) i said no though trying not to look like a wuss, he said in italian accent but i am man, strong you are woman this made me more determined to carry it myself! But realised hostel wasn't as close as i'd hoped and kind of wish i had let him carry it but nevermind! I arrived safe and sound! Checked in went upto my room and we have an ensuite! Luxury proper shower too!! went down to the bar for a drink and then went to bed then today got up went into town for breakfast and thats been it, just working out what plans are for today might go in search of the pool, might just go into the tourism place in melbourne.. anyways thats it upto now have lost another couple of things so my lost list now includes, jeans, belt, usb pen, doorstop, and a pair of pants lol doh!
