On our first day into Namibia, we went for two truck drives through Etosha National Park. Surprisingly we saw some decent game, we saw some lions relaxing underneath trees, in addition to seeing both black and white rhino. We haven't seen rhinos up close on this trip, so this finished our animal spotting for the trip. From Zim we crossed over into Botswana and went on a river cruise in Chobe National Park. It was pretty cool, as we saw hippos on land and got within 2m of them. I've seen lots of hippos before but never completely out of water, so I really enjoyed it. They are so big and so funny looking, but I think I'm secretly in love with them!
