Hi to all So as you know we have been very lazy with our blogs but as I have some spare time I am going to fill you in on what we have been up to over the last few months! As you can see by the title of this blog after we left KL we headed to Indonesia for 2 weeks of bliss in Bali and the Gili Islands. On our first day in Phnom Penh we hired a tuk tuk and went to the Killing Fields and the Toul Sleng Genocide museum. The killing fields consists of a few fenced off areas where they found mass graves after the Khmer Rouge killed thousands of Cambodians and the museum has photos of some of the 20,000 people who were tortured there before being taken off to places like the killing fields to be killed/buried. Very unpleasant and hard to imagine that it only happened...

Ok so after 4 days in Nha Trang (sunbathing and going on 1 boat trip) we made our way down to Mui Ne. Mui Ne was pretty uneventful, we stayed in a beach side room where the bus dropped us off which was cheap (but full of mosquitoes...HUGE ones!!) Enjoyed a few more days sunbathing, the beach was very nice and much quieter than in Nha Trang, although I spied a jelly fish in the sea which put me off swimming a bit!! So...didn't go to Sapa! On our last day in Hanoi all the trips to Ha Long Bay were cancelled because of a typhoon (lucky we'd already been!) and we heard the weather was going to be bad in Sapa so decided we'd just head South to Hue. Turned out to be a wise decision but will get to that in a mo!
