It's 5.30am and nobody slept in the house! Apart from Paddy, who seemed have his best night ever tucked in between his Grandma and Grandpa!
Managed to break the hard drive with the iTunes on, so we only have a very limited playlist on the iPod which is disappointing after spending so long sorting the playlists out, but hey ho! One more thing to mend when we're back!!
So it was suitcases in the boot, an emotional goodbye to Mum and the Dogs and we are away, on route to Route 66.....
Now 0702... Made it in good time to the Airport, plenty of time for Jo to get her shopping fix before we board... We've come to the conclusion that duty free is no where near as good a bargain as it used to be, decided solely on the Ray-Ban Aviator prices! Cheaper on the Internet so going to hold out til the USA - I've packed the Oakleys so that's all fine!
We are due to land in thunderstorms, which should be interesting?! Can't believe that would be the piece of weather information Jo chose to share with me this morning!! Super! Oh correction... On Sunday, phew!!
