Was on the road to Brisbane early this morning in the hope of getting to dream world theme park by lunch time. About 4 hours later, we were there - not overly keen on paying the $132 for the 2 of us, but what the hell!

Not quite Alton Towers, but was a good break from sitting in a van for 8 hours solid! There were 6 main rides - one of them we needed about 5 minutes to gain confidence for...a straight 250metre drop to the ground, that's after it had left us hanging for a good 30 seconds in the air, it was enough for us to scream 'oooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh F********************************************************************************K!!!' The rest were just the same standard rides you find anywhere.

Unfortunately it was back in the van again for another hour so before we landed in Ballina, a quiet little town with a big prawn and spent the rest of the night playing Boggle and Frustration!
