Just had an amazing meal on a banana leaf. Mmm. Have put a few pounds on.

This is me being brave with a leaf insect on me. Didn't scream (too loudly). Went to a butterfly farm and strawberry plantation afterwards. Has been a busy day. Leaving the coolness of the highlands tomorrow morning for kuala Lumpur. Bit upset as my camera isn't working. Have got to get it fixed at home Have got my iPhone for photos in the mean time. Might try and buy a cheapy camera in kl if I can.

Went to a tea plantation after lunch an saw how tea is grown and made. Won't ever drink teabags again if I have a choice - loose tea is the way forward!

Half way through jungle trek drank water from freshly cut bamboo. I could be bear grills!

Went on a trek through the jungle today - very very hard work. Thought I wasn't going to make it - but I did.
