Here I am again at Heathrow. Am enjoying the second of a PHD - pre-holiday drink.

Think I've packed too much. My rucksack is full. Was 15.6kg when I checked it in - but it's not too bad to carry.

Have packed a lot of 'summer wear', but I have just checked the weather forecast for everywhere I'm going and it forecasts rain every day. I think it must be monsoon season. I have packed a pacamac though!

Am excited now. I only slept for two hours last night as I couldn't sleep with excitement.

Better go and explore the delights of terminal 3.

Next stop... Dubai - where the temperature is 44degrees - and sunny - might just stay there!!!
