Back where we started!

We are back in Sydney for the evening before we fly home at lunch time tomorrow. We were adventurous, catching the airport train to circular quay & then a ferry back to George's Brothers house. One final photo opportunity for pictures of the Opera House & Harbour Bridge. We did a quick unpack and repack and then headed straight back out to catch a ferry back to the city & then another one straight back out to Manly. We have many favourite things on our list but Manly Beach is right up there, nicer than Bondi in my humble opinion, surf is very good too - spectating surf that is!! We travelled on the ferry, much larger than the usual ones & something of a tick list thing for G, it was absolutely freezing cold but we sat on the top deck to maintain the reputation of the Brit tourists. We want for a walk around the bay, mostly to go back to a gift shop on day 3 to buy something I had seen then. After that to the local micro brewery to watch the sunset, it was packed. Richard & Andrea came to join us and then we went to watch Charlotte play hand ball, like touch rugby with a bit of league thrown in! The number of teams playing was amazing for a Friday night, great to see so many parents out supporting! From there a quick bite to eat in a local pub and then back to Andrea's for her legendary bread & butter pudding! All in all a very busy but fun day!
