Hello again all,

After the draining 13 hour bus ride with the worst driver we've had on a bus that smelt like a combination of every fellas pub/club toilet I and everyone I know has ever been in,I'm very sorry to say Viet nam has been really disappointing for us.(except for 1day in Saigon and Hoi An)

We were warned and our friends who have been here too have made us feel slightly better by reflecting our experiences with theirs which has been comforting,afterall you don't want to write off a whole country on just you're own experiences but it's been very tiring and we're ready for Laos - which with heard such better reviews in contrast.

Hanoi:

Was just like Saigon,x10. We were situated in the Old quarter which was good,but nothing new & around the city There were some great views of Museums,lakes,statues and temples and usually we would have walked till sundown,exploring and enjoying every minute but we're just pining to move on to the next country...
