the fish is still alive and, not only that, his growth seems to have disappeared and he seems to have a new lease of life. I think it's cruel keeping him in a bowl but i didn't think they were meant to live that long but he's 15 this year. Maybe the extra body was his twin.

Have you got my letter yet? Hey have just found out how to do the smiley face thing! Buster is missing you, he hasn't acutally been alive yet without you around so it's all new for him too. He keeps dropping a ball at my feet without a resigned look in his eyes as i am definately second best at ball throwing.

To reply to Melvyn's off-Chris messaging; it's all a bit manic. Moving in on 29th. Extension still in progress & will still be so when I move in, but the garage conversion & other stuff appear to be on the final fix. I started putting fence posts in on Saturday & my fan dabby dosey cooker should arrive tomorrow. Packing going well this end. Seem to be remarkably on track.

Trip to Rome was crazy. Met people from all over the world and had a loony time trying to translate and relay very unrealistic messages to hotel staff. Got on great with my room mate and we were pretty much "patsy and eddy go to rome' so doubt whether we'll get asked back! Found chocolates in my fridge when i got back, was that you melvyn?

I am sat at Heathrow airport waiting to go to Rome and just got on the computer for a minute and am totally baffled as to how Buster has managed to write a message. I have, indeed, left him lying on your bed but maybe have been crediting him with too little intelligence all these years. Is it him keeps ordering all that stuff from e bay too?
Oh My God to your daily schedule is all i have to say. Are you managing to sleep ok? Bad luck getting a snoring room mate - they should have their own planet really and leave us non snorers in peace (sorry mum and melvyn!). Is he interesting despite being so anti social?
