We've had a lovely visit with Grandpa Park and Uncle Al over the last few days.They were both fabulous hosts and it was so wonderful to get to spend the time with them.We played a lot of cards (Mexican Rummy and Crib) and ate out a bunch.We managed to squeeze a visit to Aunt Amelia (Bereziuk) who served us a yummy Icelandic cake (which Natasha got the recipe for) and told us a great joke about healthy eating (ask to hear it in person).We also got out to Susan's (Chris' dad's cousin) who, with her family, have a beautiful house nestled in the woods.We enjoyed iced tea and sunshine on the deck and visited the menagerie of animals (dogs, cats, chickens, cows, sheep and ducks).
