Hello everyone! We arrived safely in Nairobi and enjoyed the weekend with MAF people Derek and Ruth. Visited Kilileshwa Covenant Community Church. Had lunch in posh part of Nairobi with MAF crowd - Chris survived well!

Just got back from 3 days safari in the Masai Mara. How beautiful! Saw loads of animals!! Lions, cheetah, elephants, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, zebras, buffalos, baboon to name just a few. Learned lots of interesting facts about Lions mating habits including a close-up visual demonstration! A slightly scary moment as the lions walked round the jeep!

Our lodge was great. Camping for those not into camping!! Like Kate! We had a balcony overlooking the Mara River and even saw our very own baby croc just outside our door.

Off to Mombasa tomorrow for a bit of R & R by the coast!
