After our diverted flight and coach trip we made it down to gorgeous weather and a fantastic beachside apartment at Main Beach. All the guys here are very buff and tanned too!
We spent a couple of scorching sunny days in the sand and had breakfast in a surf club (yes they really do exist!) - but the weather soon turned sour and torrential rain followed. However Surfer's Paradise has plenty of shops which kept us entertained. We also rented a car so now we'll be off to Kingscliff tomorrow for lorna's wedding on Friday and a few excursions before heading to Sydney on Monday.
