Another ferry ride although this time not so luxurious!! We were crammed in like sardines must to our horror lol. An hour and a half later we arrived into Krabi. This was the first time we had not arranged accommodation so we didnt have a cluw where we were headed!! After spending ages with a guy we decided on the place and headed off with our driver Elaine, who was fab!! He was male and called Elaine which we had a chuckle about (the little things that amuse us!) We were the only three in the hotel which was fab, we totally ran the place haha. We really wanted a day on the beach since we had only had one so far and were desperate not to look like we had just arrived so we had a day at the pool in the Spa hotel next door, which was lush. Again we were the only ones there. This place felt like the 'real Thailand' not commercialised, although there was a McDonalds haha, which came in handy one night we were drunk and decided to head down in our PJ's!!! We booked a trip to James Bond Island where 'The Man with the golden gun was filmed, did an Elephant, visited a monkey sanctuary, this famous golden Buddha thing (as you can tell im not very cultured) and some canoeing through caves.

We experienced a mad night out in Krabi, after having a gorgeous meal and a few vinos (I finally found some decent wine so was in my element!) we fancied a wee dance. So we asked where to go and were sent to a Thai clb. We are scarred for life, what a night. Men in boiler suits, ladyboys trying to be our best pals and cocktails strong enough they could have killed someone, things were getting freaky so we made a quick dash down the road, dont think we have ever ran so fast lol.

We also experienced a famous Tuk Tuk ride here which was an experience, lets just say, imagine a motor bike with a cart attached to the side with literally some string!!! Luckily we had had a few so were lapping it up!

We had a night in Railay which was a ten minute boat journey away, it was amazing there, apart from the hotel!!! We were put in a room which looked like a prison cell so luckily managed to get an upgrade for three pound hahaha, can you imagine that happening in the UK, it would cost a fortune. So that pleased us! We then hit the beach, had a foot scrub whilst soaking up the sun and had a few drinks. It was totally chilled, we had a ball.

We were confronted by an overconfident American in speedos, who thought we was a stud. Put it this way we have nicknamed him banana man!!! Wish wed had longer at Railay Bay, it was amazing. Oh one thing I forgot to mention which was a mega achievement for us was that it was Krabi where we finally mastered the art of hovering over the loo, take a look at the picture. You can imagine my face when I seen it!!!
