We had a 7 and a half bus trip to Bangkok, the bus was actually fab!! Reclining seats and we had plenty of room!! Theres seemingly the residents one and the Tourist one!! We ended up with the residents and therefore no one understood a word we were saying!!! Apart from a guy called Jeoffery!! We ended up sharing a taxi with him to Koh San Road which was meant to be amazing!! However we found it to be quite disappointing!! He showed us this guest house saying oh its lovely ahhhh it was a dive so after lots of stress and carting our overweight suitcases around in the 40degrees heat we found a nice hotel.

We found Bangkok so noisy, busy, polluted and everyone wanted to rip you off!! Our first day we got a Tuk Tuk and were shown around some temples etc, took a few oics just to say wed been lol. We then had our own private boat which took you around the outskirts!! I nearly fell asleep it was so riviting hahaha. We also enjoyed some food made on the street for the first time!! Which was mega cheap and actually lovely, we'd wished then that we had tried it before!!!! After a mad day we had a facial for like three pound which we needed, that was fab.

That night we looked forward to a mad night out only to be disappointed that most places were dead!! There were people all over with missing limbs begging one of which felt the need to rub my leg as I walked passed him, old perve!!! This caused havoc as the locals went mad at him!!! We then ended up thinking we were going to be kidnapped by our taxi driver who felt the need to lock us in the taxi and lock the windows. We totally panicked!! Anyway we ended up ok luckily but we are mega cautious now.

The following day we headed to the Grand Palace which was stunning, you will see our gorgeous outfits on here. Since we had our legs and shoulders showing we had to hire clothing to cover them!! We were already sweating to bits without having to put on more layers!!! Was worth seeing the place though, was amazing!!! From there we hit the shops and god there is plenty of them!! The department store we ended up in had like 20 floors!! We treated ourselves to fake designer bags which are lovely. After a busy afternoon shopping we had a well deserved pedicure then got drenched in the rain!! and when it rained in Thailand it rained!!!!! Our last night there we just got ready for our long journey the following day to Singapore then onto Brisbane.

We felt quite sad leaving Thailand but looked forward to our adventure in Oz. Brisbane here we come!!!
