An early start today. 6.30 on the bus to head to Pearl Harbour. A wonderful happy man called Nappy was our tour guide for the day. We arrived at the harbour around 8.30am. Security is a big issue as it is still an operating military base. No bags of any description are allowed through the gates, so we traveled light. Well here we are on our first stop......Hawaii. Flight time from Sydney was 9 hours.....have had worse flights. Plane pretty much full and we were all well behaved. Quantas club visits for the first time courtesy of the Pryces....thanks Doc and Deko!! Managed a quick catch up with the girls in brisbane before we left which was lovely.
