Day 28

Hello Phuket! Well that was an excited start to a very let down day! We arrived into Phuket town early in the morning to find that Phuket town is nowhere near the beach and to be honest quite a dump! Our cheap accomodation was exactly that - a room with a bed and oh no view as the window was covered by a billboard - lovely! And it rained the whole day, so not much to report apart from us catching up on sleep from the overnight bus, and waking up to dust on the bed from the dodgy fan above us - NICE! haa haa

Day 29

Left early for Koh Phi Phi. Arriving in Paradise this was more like it!! Oh my word what a stunning place with crystal clear waters!! Think I want to set up home here and all of you can come and visit! We hopped onto a longtail boat (as there are no roads on Phi Phi) and just around the corner from the main resort our longtail boat pulled up to Viking resort where we were staying on our resorts own private beach. We checked into a little wooden bungalow in the forest with a deck and hammock :) Enjoyed the day relaxing and swimming on the beach

Day 30

Today we hopped on a longtail boat with our very friendly captain 'Dum' and went sailing to Koh Phi Phi Le to visit 'THE BEACH' from the movie with Leo. We stopped a few times to snorkel in crystal clear water and fed loads of tropical fish was so stunning. Dum made us sandwiches and fruit which we munched on the beach before heading back to our resort and we walked through the forest to Tonsai village the main resort on koh Phi Phi for cocktails on the beach. Another awesome day on Koh Phi Phi!
