7th October 2009 From Fish River we continued south and crossed the Namibian/South African Border. Orange river is the natural land border between the two countries. We camped on the banks of the river for a leasure day swimming and canoing. On our of group Mark, was Namibian and he took delight in swimming from the South African side of the river to the Namibian side.

8th September 2009 Jenny Erskine, Garry and Betty Jacobson and I set off from Melbourne for a 6 week adventure in Africa. The trip was with the Africa Travel Co and began in Johannesburg and travelled North through South Africa and Botswana then onto Zimbabwe.
