Well Brisbane is a charming place. What a nice little city. It is strange though as it is the first place we have been in a while where we have seen people in suits and people who seem to have jobs! 10 hours later and we arrive in Hervey Bay. We were only here for a day because we decided that we needed to get down to Brisbane ASAP if we wanted to fit in Melboune (which we really wanted to as we watched the Grande Prix and it was 37 degrees in Melbourne). Cairns...hmmm, it's difficult to take to a place when you turn up to the worst floods recorded in the last 40 years. There is nothing you can do but wait for the rain to pass and hope you can get out of the place as soon as possible.
