Got the bus to Byron today although we weren't getting picked up till 2.45pm so spent the morning watching meet the fockers :) the bus drive was pretty uneventful...

...Byron seems awesome though. Haven't had a chance to have a gander around but the beach looks totally lush :D Are hostel is totally RANK however. Got two nights here and it smells like wee :(

Monday 5th

Had a really good lay in today, didnt get out of bed till almost 11 :D ...found out that i woke everyone up in our dorm in the middle of the night, screaming becuase i thought i was being attacked by a bird eating spider!!! LOL.
After breakers we had a mooch around town, brought a new top and some jewellery :) Had a sasuage sarni for lunch and brought some easter eggs from woolies because they were all reduced...SCORE!

Tuesday 6th

...Woke up this morning crying becuase i had a horrible dream about annie dying in my arms :( Packed up our shizzle and went to the arts factory...couldn't check in till 2pm so went back into town and had a dominoes. not gunna lie, it was pretty shocking compared to england. total let down! In the afternoon we went on cockatoos bush tucker walk! Was really good, ended up eating flowers and learning all this crazy stuff about surviving in the outback! Took part in the triva quiz this eve...oh man we SUCKED. got 9/30!!!

Had to move hostels AGAIN this morning! our new hostel is pretty sweet though cause we get free surf board hire :D
Went to the buddha bar this eve and watched cockatoo paul do his one man band thing...didgereedoo, guitar, drums and singing simultaneously!!

done quite a bit of surfing :D The surf has been up and down though, some days the waves have been totally flat and others its just been like a washing machine! but im pretty sure everyone in byron has seen my boobs, bum and foof...really need to get a suitable bikini!!

Had the free BBQ on the green on friday :) every week the local christian community host this free BBQ, it's awesome :) in the eve we got smashed on the rest of our goon and went to cheeky monkeys. had a really good night, got a free beer and lost my keebab virginity from...abraKEEBABra LOL.

Took advantage of the free bike hire and biked up to the lighthouse, which is also the most easterly point in australia. Maaaaan that was a mission. Ended up biking in my bra it was so hot! Had to wear a stupid helmet too. Wasn't a good look. The view was amazing though and we spotted a school of dolphins swimming just off shore :) Had a subway for lunch (not gunna lie we've been living off them since we got here sooooo good :P) Went body boarding in the afternoon. Forgot how much fun it was :D Was stung by a blue bottle jellyfish too :(

Did an early morning surf the day before we left. Was so good. All the pros were out and the waves were awesome! Came back for lunch and had an eagle boys pizza as it was cheap tuesday :P soooo much better than dominoes! Can't believe we're leaving byron tomorrow!! :( Packed up all our shizzle tonight, i swear my clothes are breeding...
