We spent the morning shopping for bits then went off for our five hour snorkelling trip that was the major draw for Bonito. It was amazing, they are very careful about protecting it (unusually so), so strict they forbid anyone to wear sunscreen or insect repelling to keep the water clear. They clearly don't understand my white skin so I ended up in a wet suit in tights to protect my legs (and still burnt)!

The trip was incredible, from the hike to ages following the river and snorkelling with the fish, so close! The pictures don't so it justice. There were even wild parrots in the trees, although I couldn't get a picture.

It was fantastic.
