We have had a couple of days in Singapore now and seen loads while we have been here. On the first day we walked around for most of the day, first we went to Raffles Hotel to have a nosey. Then we went on the big wheel (like London Eye but not as big), you could see most of the city from up there. We went to look at some of the old buildings from when the British were here after that. We ate in a local hawker centre which was different from what you get at home. There was Malay, Indian, Chinese, seafood, etc to choose from, I ended up having some Malay / Indian curry which was really good.
Yesterday we went to Sentosa which is the Singapore version of Disneyland. Its a bit weird, all the attractions are far apart so you have to get a free bus between each of them. We went to the aquarium, then a 4D cinema where Lou screamed a few times and then the dolphin show. We had a few drinks out down Clarke Quay last night, it cost about 7 quid a pint! Even more expensive than Kuala Lumpur.
We fly to Dubai tonight for 4 nights and then home to the cold. There are loads of xmas trees and decorations up here though. It feels more like xmas here than it does at home.
