It was always going to be a long day but when I took the wrong turn at El Burgo Ranero it became even longer. Thankfully, it was mainly flat. A relatively easy day. Fairly flat and no traffic on the back roads. Reached Carrion de Los Condes by lunchtime - before my bag arrived. Had lunch and a walk around the town. It was market day and found that I could have bought any number of underpants here at very cheap prices!

Late breakfast and then a stroll to get my bearings for getting out of the city tomorrow on my bike.
