You know you're in Cambodia when..

You drive 1.5 hours into the rural country and all you see is thatch houses on stilts, rice paddies, and cows laying in the middle of the road...

You set up a "dental clinic" in the middle of the 'playground' outside and treat kids and adults on top of picnic tables, hold a flashlight for light, and have your patients spit into plastic grocery bags...

You can't get your surgical gloves on because your hands are so slick with sweat.. so you have to wave them crazily in the air in order to TRY and pull your gloves on...

You are surrounded by kids who literally have nothing, but are still smiling and happy and so excited to receive a tiny sticker, or shiny pin!
