Hello again,

Llegar a Melbourne fue como un sueño!! Mesha me vino a buscar a la estación de buses en coche!! No me acordaba la ultima vez que me subí a un coche que no era un taxi. También la comodidad de estar en una casa. Tener habitación propia, limpieza, toallas y lo mejor una ...tele y sofá!!!! Cuando llegue me acosté por un rato, después de 17 horas en bus estaba cansada! Después me senté en el sofá a mirar tele, mirar noticias, estaba totalmente perdida con lo que estaba pasando en el mundo!

También ya conocía Melbourne y lo turístico así que como en Sydney esta vez estado paseándome por la ciudad, perdiéndome, encontrándome, he lavado toda mi ropa, organizando mis cosas, tirando cosas a la basura, y mandando cosas a casa.

Los primeros días aquí hacia un calor horrible, 41 grados! Yo y Mesha estuvimos en la piscina en la sombra no aguanto calor así muy bien. Eso es lo único que le falta a Melbourne, playas, Sydney tiene playas de ataque pero por aquí no hay playas buenas.

Helen vino también por 5 días, salimos por todos lados, salimos de noche y lo pasamos súper bien. Cuando se fue fui al tenis a ver a mi novio Nadal, conseguí billetes para Rod Laver que es la cancha principal, también vi a Henin y una Australiana que perdió en todo caso. Hice cola para Garnier que tienen una carpa en el estadio donde te regalan un montón de productos de tamaño real, nada en pequeño! Me dieron shampoo, toallitas de cara, crema de cuerpo y cara, gel de sol y aftersun me hacia falta!!

Melbourne tiene mucha cultura, mas que Sydney diría yo y también es mas multi cultural, es como mas ciudad que Sydney aunque es mas pequeña. Sydney es muy limpio y como muy Nuevo, Melbourne es mas como Londres, igual mes gusta mucho!! Y como tengo una amiga aquí me sale mas barato!!!

Getting to Melbourne was like a dream!! Meshe came & for me from the bus station in a car!!! I swear I don't want to sound like a peasant but I haven't been in car for ages!! It was also so nice to get to a house, to have a room, a towel, cleanliness and oh my god ....atelly!!!!!! When I got here I passed out for about 3 hrs (it was a 17hr bus journey mind u!!), then just sat on the sofa watching telly, I haven't done that since I left England I think or ages anyway!!

Again I've already done all the touristy things in Melbourne before, Mesha-who should so work for tourist information took me everywhere!! So this time again I've just been hanging out, washed all my clothes, sorted out all my crap, threw stuff out, sent stuff home that I've accumulated along the way.

When I first got here it was like 41 degrees which was bloody awful! Me & Mesh spend all day at the pool (where we bumped into Tasha from Home & Away-oh my god I was soooo excited!!) & in the shade-I know me in the shade what's going on?! But I can't take it when its sooo bad! Actually one thing that I find that Melbourne lacks is beaches Sydney deffo wins in that dept because St. Kilda beach isn't really all that.

Helen came over for 4 days which was wicked because I didn't think Id see her for ages once we said good bye in Sydders. We went out on the piss, sampled aussie delights ; ) went on the neighbours tour & night where we made complete arses of ourselves!!! Actually we went with some of helens mates from Asia & they were sooooooooo drunk, it was sooooo funny!! Its like the cheesiest night ever, you win prizes for doing stupid things but its sooo much fun. We met Libby (who's back on neighbours by the way), Dylan (lush) Declan (didn't know who he was but man is he fit!!) and of course the legend that is Dr. Karl who also has a band!!! He rocked us into the night!!Met loadsa nice people, basically had a blast!

Once Helen leftI went to the tennis, Mesha went out of her way to get me tickets when all I was doing was pissing & moaning about how unorganised everything was & nothing like Wimbledon (honestly I don't know how she hasn't punched me!!!) Got tickets for Rod Laver court which is like centre court & got to see my boyfriend Nadal in action, oooh he is soooo dreamy, those arms...Queued up 2 hours at the Garner promotion tent & got a massive shampoo, moisturiser, cleansing wipes, sun cream & after sun and all massive size, not sample size & best of all for free!!! Just what I need as I'm running out of toiletries (& money)!!

Melbourne is pretty cool too, it's rough around the edges but it's got a wicked scene. There's massive rivalry here between Sydney & Melbourne & which is best & im still unsure. I know my way around Sydney a lot more than here, but after walking around the city here I love it as well, its a lot more multi cultural as well, another place im also coming back to!!
