So, Penang; unfortunatly my least favourite part of the tour. I just did'nt really like the city at all, hard to put my finger on why, but it hard quite a weird, creepy feel. There are hardly any people walking around or even outside, the ones that are are sleezy men that stare and make comments. On our walking tour around the city we were shown around a mosque which was pretty interesting to see, beautiful architecture, but when we left they started calling for prayer. The deafening song echoing around the town seemed to add to the eerie feel of the place. The evenings we spent here were actually good, found a cool bar with good music, and an indian restaurant which was delicious! However, I was very relieved we only had the two nights there and wasn't particuarly sad to leave.
