Hi Yesterday was my last full day in Bangkok so me and my dad went to Pantip Plaza to get some dvds and do a bit of last minute shopping - shame i cant buy much -my bag is already full. Hello Had a nice day yesterday, went up the Baiyoke Sky Hotel to the 79th floor for a buffet lunch. It is the tallest tower in Thailand but to be honest there is not much to look at - lots of concrete. The Observation Deck was fun though, they have a Tuk Tuk and Rikshaw and stuff to muck around on. Hey All Its been raining here constantly with lightning and floods, so its diffficult to go anywhere. Went to a few markets at the weekend and it was my Dad's birthday on Sunday so we went to the Sheraton Orchid Hotel for a buffet lunch. Yes eating again ...but it was very nice. Yesterday i got myself a great tour guide - actually i borrowed my Dad's staff, Ray and we went to a few places round Bangkok. First we went to Khaosarn Road and had a look at all the stalls and then we took the bus to Siam Discovery and wondered round MBK. Hi all, Still milling about in Bangkok, took a boat across the river yesterday to a riverside restaurant which was nice. This pic is of me and my dad waiting for the boat.
