Had a nice day yesterday, went up the Baiyoke Sky Hotel to the 79th floor for a buffet lunch. It is the tallest tower in Thailand but to be honest there is not much to look at - lots of concrete. The Observation Deck was fun though, they have a Tuk Tuk and Rikshaw and stuff to muck around on.

The air con in the car broke down on the way and it was really suffocating as the sun was so hot.. lucky we didn;t get stuck in traffic.

In the evening we went to Chinatown for roast duck and afterwards went for a drink Grand China Princess Hotel. On the 25th floor they have a rotating bar and the view from there of Bangkok at night looks quite pretty. The temples are all lit up and its a very relaxing place with live music, i would recommend it.

Have caught a bit of cold...and only 2 days in thailand
