Yo yo my friends,

How are we all? Hope you are well! Things here in Asia are going well as you can see i've downloaded not one photo but this evening i will do! So what i've i done i hear you ask???

Arrived on Monday evening & met a New Zealand girl in the hotel hung out with her! Tuesday met my trek group all 15 of them and our tour guide Komphak- who is so lovely! My room mate is Jessie, shes 25, from Oz and works for the Red Cross! We are having a laugh together. Things i have seen...boat trip around Bangkok, Temples in Cambodia- Ankor Wat at 5ish am to watch the sunrise! Was poorly the following day with a stomach bug yuuck! Next day we travelled to another part of Cambodia and bike rode to an island to teach English at a local village school! We ate with a cambodia family that evening, which was lovely! Next day travelled 6hours to another part of Cambodia for our famly stay and we swam in the local lake..i've got few bruises! Next day we treked up a mountain to see a beautiful waterfall..boy it was so hot! Now we are down by the beach went on a boat ride yesterday now i'm heading out for lunch with Jess & Nick an ozzie guy!

I'm going to meet up with them both in Oz....going to a festival with Nick in December in Melbourne with 20 of his pals for a weekend which will be a giggle!

So things are going great...heading off to the Capital tomorrow for 3 days then off to Vietnam for 13 days, Laos after there...then back to Thailand...thinking of heading down to the beaches!
