WOW!!!! So I am finally in Australia and LOVING LIFE!!!
Sorry for the delay in blogging I have been doing sooo much and the internet costs about ten times more than in Africa.
I met Rach at the bus station and burst into tears, it was SUCH a relief to see her and see a friendly face. She has been the best tour guide ever, full of freebies and helpful tips.
So far I have seen penguins, kangaroos and koalas plus the 12 Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge (photos to follow). The hostel life is so fun, its so busy and everyones friendly. I am totally confident I will have an incredible time travelling alone. We've had a beach day (I constantly look like Rudolph), a day in Melbourne city riding trams and seeing the sights (we're actually staying in St Kilda), a day tour out along the Great Ocean Road (the best day so far, soooo beautiful) and a day at St Kilda festival. We've drunk champagne for free every night between 8pm and 9pm, had a $200 bar tab (easily spent) been to some cool clubs and restaruants.
I LOVE it!!! I am leaving Melbs tomorrow morning for a 3 day 2 night safari to Sydney, camping under the stars, climbing the highest mountain in Aus and a trip to Canberra. I will update you all soon. Sorry it's been short and sweet but if it's any consolation it's because I am having such an awesome time here and am so busy. But don't worry I haven't forgotten about you and the photos will be up shortly.
Love Love Love xxxxx

Mark It's even better than this!!! Oceania has a 3-day knock out sale (Sept. 7-9) on maybe 50 Mediterranean and Northern European singails that includes the 2-for-1 pricing, free air, $3000 bonus savings PLUS $200 per stateroom shipboard credit. Any of the agents at Alice Travel can give you the details.
