Today we went to the British museum ( Brett's idea not mine of course ) we stayed for about 45 mins good effort we thought. We headed on to Notting Hill there were markets there which we strolled through and had some lunch. We then headed home to do the laundry and pack our bags, for our early train (755hrs ) to paris :) Health status: annoying cough and runny nose :(

Today we decided to do a free walking tour. starting in Hyde park. Today we had another day of looking around London, we went to Buckingham palace for the changing of the guards we didn't get to see a lot, also in green park there was celebrations going on for the queens husband birthday (he is still in hospital from stomach surgery and having a mental blank on this name ),in the celebration there was lots of horses running around and they set off lots of cannon ball guns it was very loud and would seem scary if you didn't kno...

Well we survived the first night in the 12 bed dorm, I think most people thought we were weird going to bed at 9 pm but we were very tired, the other people came back in at about 12 and 2 in the morning as we could hear them. Breakfast is put in by the hostel and it was pretty good cereal and toast but no fruit this time but coffee, tea and juice, so we had a big breaky and headed off to explore.
