Yesterday I woke up feeling better so we hit the streets to explore, we looked through the French quarter it is the oldest part of the city in New Orleans there are lots of shops and jazz bars. It's really nice and kept really clean I was surprised it wasn't what I thought New Orleans would be like. We found some markets and had look through them, we heard about the tram which goes along the river front of the Mississippi River and then along canal st which is the main street all the way to the cemetery and then another tram that goes down to the business district we got a all day pass for $3 so we went exploring on the tram for the afternoon. Last night we headed out to frenchman street which is suppose to be the locals street for jazz and there was lots of jazz bars we went to a few and had dinner at one too, it was a great night.

Today we got up early to go on a swamp tour, we got to see alligators and racoons it was good but not as good as crocodile tours at home.

We got home had a rest as this cold has really exhausted me before we head out again. :)
