Today we set off to explore Venice by foot( the only way really other then by boat)we forgot to take our map but we managed but at times got very lost. We just walked around across many bridges and saw lots of pretty canals. We had lunch on the main canal watching all the boats and gondals very romantic ahhhhhhhh. Lol. We bought a couple on glass souvenirs as they do glass blowing on one of the islands hopefully they will make it home ok. Some of the glass sculptures are amazing I ve taken a few photos which I will post, one which I would have loved to buy was of a glass balloon.

We then went on another walking tour this one wasn't free and we got a gondal ride with it. We had to wear these ear pieces which a lady spoke into a microphone and we could hear her and then we followed her like sheep. It was really hard to understand her and the walking tour was a bit of a waste of time. The gondal ride was nice but we were with 4 other people and one Australian lady was really annoying as she had made friends with two people from Ireland and she kept telling stories so it wasn't very peaceful other wise it was really nice.

We headed back to the B&B and got talking with a American call called Rebecca and we chatted for a good while about our travels and her travels she gave us some tips and we gave her some tips. We also met and chatted with a chic from the gold coast and a guy from Seattle it's good hearing about others people's adventures and where to go and not to go. It's amazing how many people travel by them self.
