We arrived in Vancouver on Sunday we made our way to our hotel dropped off our bags then headed out to explore in the lovely rain. We went to Yaletown it's an old warehouse area which has been converted into lots of restaraunts and coffee shops. We had a brief look around in the rain then headed on the train out of the city to a shopping mall we bought two carry on suit cases, which we are now starting to need and we thought it would be cheaper then sending stuff home.

We headed to the mooses down under bar which is a Aussie themed pub it was great having a little feel of home they had bundaberg rum( for Brett) lemon lime butter ( yummy), chicken parmy, pies and lamingtons.

We explored the water front, gastown (old shops and lots of souvenir shops), walked around stanly park and admired all the trees changing colour. The weather even improved it didn't rain for about 4 hours :)

Today we went back to the shops to buy a cheap gps instead of hiring one tomorrow and I also got some Wellington boots :)
