Hope you have plenty of pain relief with you. So now that climbing, scuba diving and biking is out does that mean that you will be sticking to caravaning next year.

Rhys has also been biking through the hills today. Had to raise his seat and handle bars as he is getting to big. Too replace any energy he may of lost we went to Pizza Hut tonight to refuel with fat, sugar and carbs. The ice cream factory has set things back in to place.

Hi.Its me again. Glad its all going so well. Still not sure why you had to go halfway around the world to do white knuckle sports. There was a bouncy castle at the Woodthorpe yesterday.See what you're missing. Not exciting enough? Well I'd like to see you (both) try it in a pair of dayglo pink Primark leggings and a matching vest in swirling snow and temperatures of-5 degrees. Hey, hope your ok. So was at work today and was talking to a friend who is from Thailand and I knew this kid went to Harrow School and is pretty loaded. Anyway it turns out this guy's Dad is the Immigration Minister for Thailand at the moment- so if you want Citizenship there.....But you do intend to return right. The only thing else is that he said be careful in Loas and Cambodia as if you go off the track is can be quite dodgy. But i'm sure you'll protect Rik, won't you Anna. Take care.
