Hello again from my new home,
As I told before I moved on Saturday to my new room. My room is smaller as the one I had but now I can make use of the apartment so I am not locked in my room anymore. It is a clean home and the guy, I am living with, is very nice so I guess I can spend the rest of the year over here without any problems. It is 5 min. from the sport center and the main campus so I will start to follow kickboks trainings again .
I went to Bray last weekend which was great. The weather was wonderful and the view was amazing. Although we got lost we had a great walk. From the top of the mountain you have a nice view on the rest of the mountain area (on the south of Dublin). As we walked to Greystones we could see a bit of England as the sky was very bright.
On Tuesday we went out to a big club in the city center with the whole class. This was great! Just talking with each other outside class and see that even on a Tuesday evening the club is packed. Apparently every night is party night over here.
The rest of the week I mostly studied so not really exciting and on Sunday I went to Ticknock which is a mountain area in the south of Dublin and not too far from the house I lived before. I went there together with the French guy which lives in the same house as I lived before. Again the view was great however the when the time passed it got cloudy so at the top it was pretty cold and the view was not that great anymore. Although we got lost (yes it seems I always get lost when I go hiking) it was a great walk. It was through the woods which had some argaeological sides. In the end I have been walking for 6 hours so I would say a pretty good workout.
On Wednesday I will, in the evening, meet up with my cousin as he has to be here for his work. As my project work has started this week it is pretty much packed with studying and hopefully some free time in the weekend. Just for the people who are interested I am doing a project on The Shard and one on Sustainability.
I will post some pictures of the hikes and the night out.
Grtz from my wonderful new place
