Again more notes: WOW WOW WOW Gorilla trekking was amazing, but I am ruined - am now back in Kampala (hoping the diazapam the chemist sold me over the counter will sort out my broken body!!!!) Trekking was about 7 hrs thru jungle, hacking with a machete - WHAT AN EXPERIENCE - place we stayed was in the clouds, the local kids joined us for the eve and we danced and sang on top of a mountain - next day local village walk - where many of the displaced pygmies from Idi amins time had been displaced to. Absolutely loved this place and I want to go back!! Def closest thing ever felt to a spiritual exp - will add more notes later - have SO much to say but its juts not fair and easy with a Q of 10 waiting to check urgent emails. Love to all ... xx
