Got up early and went to work with Fiona , had 8 am breakfast in a cool cafe then borrowed her car and she went to work. Went to cotersloe beach and walked 4 miles along the front, stopping off at the blue duck for luch with stunning views over the sea. Then headed for the swan valley Winery area- stopped at the Feral brewery - a wooden , old style log cabin, with thick ship rope all around it - we tried their award winning beer in the seering heat whislt listening to the great music. - just my scene- could have stayed there all day but i was driving! Then off to a posh winery called Mondoon for another 1/2 before heading to meet Fiona at 7pm. Arrived at her offices and then went to the ferry terminal for a beer and watch the sun drop, and then we met her at the pub around the corner for a meal. Fiona drove us home after a nice few beers- happy days~!
