45 minute cab ride to the airport ( 6 quid!), and a short 60 min flight to Phucket. On leaving the airport they tried to sell us timeshare, the taxi driver tried to sell us trips too! A short 30 minute journey to the Dusit Thai in Laguna- an absolutely beautiful hotel right on the most beautiful beach I think I have ever seen. Had lunch, unpacked, Lay on the beach and had a 10 quid massage , a dip in the sea, a few beers watching the sun go down and a nice Italian meal-Lovely.
