Had breakfast then decided to take the laguna boat through the Laguna ways to visit the other hotels in the chain. Looked at Angsana ( missed outrigger) and finished at the Banyan Tree which was set in spectacular grounds with each resident having there own little house to stay in - at 700 quid a night ! Back to the Dusit by early afternoon, another massage , sunbathe a few beers and then a meal at the Ruei Thani Thai restaurant overlooking our Laguna. I had flam...

Had breakfast and then went for a long walk all around the beautiful Laguna resorts and into the local small town which is not far away. Had another 10 quid massage, lay around the pool, dipped in the sea and had a few beers and watched the sun go down. Stayed in the hotel and had a a meal as felt a little under the weather so had an early night.

Up breakfast and then a 4 mile walk along the beach stopping for lunch at one of the local small Tikki hut style outlets, which was lovely. 45 minute cab ride to the airport ( 6 quid!), and a short 60 min flight to Phucket. On leaving the airport they tried to sell us timeshare, the taxi driver tried to sell us trips too! A short 30 minute journey to the Dusit Thai in Laguna- an absolutely beautiful hotel right on the most beautiful beach I think I have ever seen. Had lunch, unpacked, Lay on the beach and had a 10 quid massage , a dip in the sea, a few beers watching the sun go down and a nice Italia...
