Sunday and the "phanfone" typhoon hit with a vengeance. Rained continuously and thunder and lightening at night. Got up late and missed breakfast - decided to go shopping in shinjinku- huge shopping centre, food for lunch was nice overlooking the bustling city. Went round an indoor food market- God only knows what get where serving! Then we walked passed a fashion show with loud music and some of the weirdest outfits which were great. Returned home and I went to the men only sauna- peace and quiet reading my book- heaven.
Quick change out to rippongi , visting an empty mowtown bar, then a £7 (1000 yen) all you can drink after work bar, followed by an Outback Steakhouse meal and home and bed.
