Sunday and the "phanfone" typhoon hit with a vengeance. Rained continuously and thunder and lightening at night. Got up late and missed breakfast - decided to go shopping in shinjinku- huge shopping centre, food for lunch was nice overlooking the bustling city. Out fora few beers and found a great traditional restaurant- had to take shoes off, let through corridors to a private booth - food great. Back to hotel and woke 10 hours later. Feeling better now.

Do I need to change my anti - perspirant? I know it was a 12 hour flight but I think the lady next to me on the bus to the terminal was rather rude!
