Culture Shock much?  Well not as much as you would think actually because most people round here still speak spanish!  The place doesn't have quite the glitz and the glamour it once had either.  Even Rodeo Drive didn't quite live up to our giddy expectations!!

The walk of fame however was cool.  Pete has a picture of himself with Ozzy Osbourne's star and Caroline has one with well some actor type called Robert fuller would you believe!!  

Generally the people are only too happy to help if a bit surreal.  Only in Hollywood could you be eating a burger when who should pass by but Superman!!  Not the real one but just a guy who liked the costume.  The people here are a little funny that way, they walk a long singing and talking to themselves, it's like living in an asylum, but fun!  

So apart from the locals we did the usual touristy stuff like go to the Chinese Theatre and the Egyptian theatre....saw the Hollywood sign....walked down sunset strip....had high tea in Beverley Hills...and went to mcDonalds too often! 

Anyway, next stop, Venice beach...... maybe Muscle beach will urge us to stop with the burgers already!!
