After a brutal 32 hours of travel we arrived in Sydney at 6:00 am. The layover in Minnesota was good and we visited the Mall of America. Enough things going there that we may have to plan a trip to Minneapolis for shopping and a sports weekend. The flight to LA was jammed with noisy kids and the 5 hours in LAX were a bit dull. Leanne managed to catch a few winks on the carpet.

Flight over was 14 hours and uneventful. Managed to watch a few movies (Leatherheads and Get Smart)and sleep for about 7 hours on and off. Besides being a bit stiff and stinky we arrived in good shape. The hostel is about a 25 minute walk from the harbour so we chcked our bags upon arrival at around 9 and walked to the harbour. Tons of things to do and see and you could easily spend 3 days just walking around and taking pictures. We took a boat and toured the harbour and got off in Darling Harbour for lunch and a visit to the Aquarium. Lots of pictures to share eventually. Plan on maybe walking back to that harbour tonight for supper and calling our friends in Sydney to set up some get togethers up over the next few days.

Better go. I have had 0 beer since arriving and that is not satisfactory.
