Another five weeks have gone by and life for us is still quite uneventful with very few changes, although we have celebrated Mother’s Day and Chris’s birthday in this time. The Covid-19 virus is still running riot around the world and we can only be thankful that we are here in Australia. While the USA has a death toll heading towards 100,000 and the UK nearly 50,000 we are still sitting on only 102 (as of 26/5/20) here in Oz. That seems an unreal comparison...

It’s now been 5 weeks since my last entry but really, it seems so much longer. A lot has happened with this Covid-19 virus that it is hard to believe! 185 countries around the world have confirmed cases and as yet there is no known antivirus. As you can see we are back at Tallebudgera and again looking after Patches and Pretzel for Clare and Matt. They have gone down to Melbourne for a holiday and family wedding so here we are! We again spent a great two weeks in Wallington with our friends Dennis and Christine. The time just flies by with Chris helping Dennis do those two man jobs that are saved for our visits. This time it was re-grading the driveway but first they had to tackle the neighbour’s old grader which had seized and there was a fair bit of banging and swearing going on.
