We stayed at Dunalley for a few more days as after our quick visit to the Port Arthur convict settlement we drove around to where the Pennicott Wilderness Journey boats left from and decided that we would do another boat trip, this time from Port Arthur. While we were staying at the White Sands Ironhouse Brewery we spent a day exploring the area, driving out to Falmouth, swapping books at the street library and then watching the blowhole while chatting with a local. After leaving Ulverstone, we headed to Railton and made our base at the free camp in town for a few days. Railton is known for it’s large Cement Works, giving employment to the town and also the many topiary shrubs scattered around the place.
